Fiber Supplements

Psyllium, has dual functionality, thickens up loose poops but at the same time softening hard poops. Therefore, it's thought to benefit all types of IBS by normalizing poop output.

Pelvic Floor Exercises

The pelvic floor is a sheet of muscles, likened to a trampoline, extending from your tailbone to your pubic bone (back to front) and from one side of your butt bones to the other (side to side). This muscle is not only crucial for keeping our intestine (and other organs such as the bladder) in place, preventing prolapses, but it's also important for maintaining bowel and urine continence.

FODMAPS

FODMAPs are a group of carbohydrates found in a wide range of foods that are poorly absorbed in the small intestine.
